What we are looking for:

A talented and ambitious sales professional to join our business development team. The BDR is responsible for outbound prospecting and arranging qualified appointments for our sales group. We're looking for an innovative, energetic BDR who is able to gain access to high-level executives at enterprise organizations in order to communicate our company's value proposition and drive pipeline growth.


  • Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing generated leads
  • Identify enterprise target accounts for strategic outbound sales campaigns
  • Meet and exceed target quota related to number of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct high volume prospecting and follow-ups to qualified leads
  • Launch, monitor, and ensure the success of high volume email marketing campaigns
  • Work closely and collaboratively with management to develop and implement innovative prospecting strategies
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls for the sales team to further assess a prospect's business and potential fit for Workframe
  • Identify potential new prospect verticals for Workframe

You Must Have:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • 6 months to 2 years of previous successful sales experience
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team who challenges you to be better every day
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn on the fly
  • The technical aptitude to understand our solutions and represent them to prospects
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives to the finish line  
  • High energy level
  • 4 year undergraduate degree
