About the Role
As the face of our business to our rapidly growing network of clients, the Account Management Team is one of the most critical pillars of the organization.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales & Account Management, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a key intermediary between our clients and our network of service providers
  • Managing multiple design, furnish and build projects simultaneously
  • Liaising with architects, interior designers and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Forming and building lasting relationships with a broad range of innovative companies across multiple sectors and geographies

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Knowledge of the commercial interiors industry, construction project management and/or architecture and design 
  • 2-5 years of account or project management experience – ideally in B2B / enterprise environment 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Unusually strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Proven track record of building, nurturing and growing commercial relationships
