About the Role
The Account Executive will be a foundational member of our rapidly growing Sales team.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales & Account Management, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new leads via marketing, brokerage and cold lead generation channels
  • Pitching prospective clients both over the phone and in person during site walk throughs
  • Imparting the Workframe value proposition and working with clients to scope project needs and timing
  • Maintaining our CRM via timely, accurate and complete reporting of all sales activities
  • Working closely with our Account Management Team to get deals executed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in brokerage, architecture & design or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree and strong academic track record from a leading institution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline reporting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self starter and drive things to conclusion 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to a process
